Our principles

We collect nothing we don’t need. ArianArtan products collect only the data required for the software to function. No advertising trackers, no behavioral profiling, no collection “just in case.”

We share nothing beyond what running the software requires. Data is disclosed only to the vetted service providers needed to operate our products — each product lists them on its own privacy page, all bound by data processing agreements — and where the law compels us. No marketing use, no data partnerships, no brokers.

Your data is not ours to use. We believe we have no right to exploit the data our users entrust to us. It exists to serve you inside the product — nothing else.

Scope

This page is the default privacy policy for ArianArtan OÜ and applies to all our products and websites. Individual products may define additional, product-specific terms — always stricter in your favor, never looser. For product-level details, see the privacy page of the relevant product.

What this means in practice

• Our websites run without advertising trackers and set no cookies that require consent. Any usage statistics are minimal, aggregate, and cookie-free.
• Our products store only the data you put into them and the operational data needed to run them (such as account credentials and system logs).
• When you contact us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you — and no longer.

Recipients, legal bases and transfers

• When you contact us: we process your message and contact details to respond to you (legitimate interest / steps taken at your request).
• Website statistics: minimal, cookie-free, aggregate analytics (legitimate interest).
• Product data: recipients and purposes are listed on each product’s privacy page. Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

ArianArtan OÜ is registered in the European Union and operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time: info@arianartan.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
